Coinciding with today’s launch and enhancing an impressive selection of dining options, the first culinary food focus will be on Greek cuisine and includes popular menu items such as lamb gyro, chicken souvlaki, and spanakopita. The ‘Fork on the Road’ food theme will change every 60 days.

With this engaging new addition to The Market at Sky River, guests can enjoy a diverse variety of culinary and beverage options from a total of 18 elevated restaurants, bars, and lounge destinations located inside the casino.
