Receiving a fifth consecutive Forbes Five-Star rating is Sunstone Spa, a holistically indulgent full-service spa and salon on property. For 2024, it is the only casino resort property Five-Star spa in California and the only Five-Star Spa in Palm Springs. Each destination must meet strict Forbes Travel Guide criteria to be considered as a rated property. Forbes’ team of professional inspectors assess hotels, restaurants and spas around the world based on 900 objective standards. Visiting as anonymous guests, inspectors rate based off the quality of service and on the facility. According to the website, a Five-Star award acknowledges “outstanding, often iconic properties with virtually flawless service and amazing facilities,” while Four-Star properties are “exceptional properties, offering high levels of service and quality of facility to match.”
