Compare that to stalwarts of the global economy, such as agriculture and manufacturing. Those are each about four percent (4%). Our very own Damien Connelly has been heavily involved in innovation during his career. Damien has launched and grown: video games (DOOM and Halo); gaming consoles (Xbox); retail partnerships (Shell + Costa Coffee); FMCG companies and products; grocery retail chains; telco solutions; and various gaming products. In lockstep with the constant transformation one sees in ‘smart’ cities such as Las Vegas, Damien’s experience working on innovation projects has provided him with the essential insight that adaptability to change is essential to success.

In-person MICE
Our team at Casino Life and Sports Betting Operator has been gladdened by the return of in-person events, conferences, exhibitions, parties… We had the honour and pleasure to be invited to attend the European Casino Association’s European Dealer Championship, hosted by Monte-Carlo Société des Bains de Mer in Monaco. We were also heavily involved in the Batumi Gaming Fest, visited FIJMA and BEGE, as well as dropped in to other events during our travels, including the Casino eSports Conference. In-person MICE is an essential element of a successful and buoyant industry. With business leisure travel (‘bleisure’) forecast to overtake traditional business travel in the near future, your organisation should be looking to innovate/ change in order to adapt and to offer your guests new services and amenities.
