King of Prussia, Pa. (March 2, 2021) — Valley Forge Casino Resort today announced that Sybil Davis has been named Director of Sales at the full-amenity gaming and entertainment resort.
Sybil brings with her exceptional business acumen and expertise in successfully selling complex products in a highly competitive market. She is equipped with skills in consultative selling, strategic business planning and account management, has experience launching new products, and has worked in both corporate and non-profit settings.
“Sybil is an experienced sales professional who brings with her a unique skill set and talent stack that will further elevate the strong leadership team in place at Valley Forge Casino Resort,” stated Ron Bailey, Vice President and General Manager at Valley Forge Casino Resort. “She has consistently performed above and beyond requirements in her previous positions, and I expect to see continued sales and revenue growth for the property under her leadership.”
Davis has a proven track record of selling consistently and exceeding sales goals. Prior to joining the Valley Forge Casino Resort team, Davis served in various roles in hospitality with Gaylord Hotels, Marriott Hotels and the Philadelphia Convention & Visitors Bureau. In addition, she has served as Consultant and Project Manager with Tourism Diversity Matters, where she developed and facilitated diversity, equity and inclusion projects for clients throughout the United States. She is accustomed to maximizing revenues for organizations and generating millions in sales growth.

Alongside professional work and relevant credentials, Davis is an active member of her community, with notable roles and commitments to various organizations within the greater Philadelphia area including Vice President of Public Relations of Valley Forge Toasters, Run Coach & Diversity Leader of Girls on the Run in Montgomery County, PA, Vice President of SKAL Philadelphia, and Board Member of the Independence Business Alliance, Greater Philadelphia’s LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce.
