LA FONTAINE NOW OPEN FOR DINNER AT FONTAINEBLEAU LAS VEGAS

LAS VEGAS (Feb. 14, 2024) – La Fontaine, an elegant fine dining destination specializing in French cuisine, is now open for dinner service at Fontainebleau Las Vegas.

Located on the resort’s Bleau Galerie level, La Fontaine’s all-new dinner menu, conceived by Executive Chef Laetitia Rouabah, combines French sophistication with diverse flavors, and showcases communal options that reflect the restaurant’s commitment to market-fresh cuisine.

“Introducing our new dinner service at La Fontaine allows us to further explore the intersection of tradition and creativity in French cuisine,” says Fontainebleau Las Vegas Senior Vice President of Food and Beverage, Anthony Olheiser. “What sets this menu apart is not just the diversity in course selection but our approach to presentation and execution, as these are the factors that define a truly exceptional dining experience.”

La Fontaine’s newly unveiled dinner menu features “for the table” dishes including a “Tarte Flambee” thin crust flatbread adorned with bacon lardons, caramelized onions, and Gruyere cheese; luxurious “Caviar Service” featuring Kolikof Imperial Caviar served with warm blinis, pommes souffle, and classic garnishes; and a “Petit Plateau” seafood offering with oysters, poached shrimp, king crab, stone crab, and champagne granite. The menu also features a selection of salads, including the “Lyonnaise” with frisée salad, crispy bacon, and a poached egg; with French lobster bisque, steamed mussels, escargots, and a delightful sea bass crudo among the appetizer selections. For the main course, guests can savor dishes such as the "Sole Poêlée" with prosciutto-wrapped Dover sole; "Magret De Canard," featuring crispy skin duck breast with parsnip puree; and the “L ‘Entrecote” 10 oz. prime eye of ribeye, with persillade, mustard, bearnaise sauce, and pomme frites.

The French dining destination offers wine tastings and wine-pairing lessons with its expert sommeliers and visiting winemakers; as well as a 12-seat private dining room and full restaurant buyouts for weddings, corporate events, or intimate dinners.

La Fontaine is open for dinner service Thursdays through Saturdays from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. Brunch service is available Thursdays through Mondays from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Guests can make reservations via the Fontainebleau Las Vegas website
