Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City Doubles Down on Commitment To Team Members With $600,000 in ShopRite Gift Cards

Atlantic City, N.J. (May 21, 2020) Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City doubled down today on their commitment to team members providing a second round of $100 ShopRite Gift Cards to 3,000 full-time, part-time and on call personnel.

The first Gift Card Distribution effort took place on May 7 and 8, where $100 ShopRite gift cards were safely provided to team members who made less than $50,000, including those who are tipped and toked. After an enormous amount of positive feedback from team members and their families, the property announced this week that The Seminole Tribe of Florida, along with Jim Allen, Chairman of Hard Rock International and CEO of Seminole Gaming and partners Jack Morris, Joe and Michael Jingoli approved another $100 ShopRite Gift Card Distribution on May 21 to the 3,000 eligible team members.

The combined Gift Card Distribution efforts represent a $600,000 total commitment.

“These efforts continue to show our ownerships commitment to the city and team members and is yet another example of their dedication to living by Hard Rock’s core motto Take Time to Be Kind,” said Joe Lupo, President of Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City.

While the property does not have a definitive timeline for reopening, Hard Rock Atlantic City is certain that their team members and families have and will continue to be top priority.
