For over four years Novomatic AG has been trying to enforce legal claims against Euro Games Technology Ltd. (EGT), based in Sofia, Bulgaria, and its German sales partner Е-Systems GmbH. On October 15, the German Federal Court of Justice in Karlsruhe rejected Novomatic’s complaint against the non-admission of the appeal.
