APRIL CULINARY QUICK BITES FROM THE VENETIAN RESORT LAS VEGAS

LAS VEGAS (March. 29, 2022) – Make April a month to remember at The Venetian® Resort Las Vegas. Guests can celebrate Easter twice, on Sunday, April 17, and Greek Easter, April 24, with special brunch and dinner menus from the signature restaurant collection.

The perfect Las Vegas spring weather is upon us, so now is the time to dine alfresco on one of the beautiful patios at The Venetian Resort. In addition, estiatorio Milos is giving guests the opportunity to learn about Greek wines with its new Winemaker’s Table Dinner series.

EASTER

BLACK TAP CRAFT BURGERS & BEER

Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer is offering Easter specials all month long from April 1 – 30. Guests will delight in the spring lamb burger and strawberry rhubarb classic shake with roasted rhubarb, fresh strawberries, pie crust and brown sugar.

BRERA OSTERIA

No hunting for eggs this Easter at BRERA osteria. Chef Angelo Auriana is serving up some of his holiday brunch favorites with an Italian twist including eggs benedict, steak and eggs, pizza, waffles, asparagus salad, avocado bruschetta and coconut cheesecake for dessert. These special menu additions are available exclusively on April 17.

BUDDY V’S RISTORANTE

Brunch like a ‘boss’ this Easter at Buddy V’s Ristorante with an elaborate display of Buddy “Cake Boss” Valastro’s favorites and interactive food stations set up throughout the restaurant.  

Stations include antipasto, seafood, the carvery, the farm egg station, a sweets table and a kids’ corner. Buddy’s buffet style Easter brunch is available from 10:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., April 17, for $55 per adult and $25 per child under 10 excluding tax and gratuity.

CHICA LAS VEGAS

CHICA Las Vegas is adding Latin flare to its special Easter three-course prix fixe dinner. The menu will feature Chef Lorena Garcia’s Wagyu birria empanada, slow-roasted Cheshire pork porchetta and tamarind toffee cake. This special menu is $75 per person and only available April 17.

MAJORDŌMO MEAT & FISH

Hippity hop to Majordōmo Meat & Fish by David Chang this holiday weekend for an elevated Easter egg treat. From April 15 – 17, guests can order two a la carte specials including egg & roe bing dip with smoked trout row, onion soubise and crispy potato, or the smoked rack of lamb with crispy rice, garlic eggplant, sugar snap peas and mint yogurt.

YARDBIRD

Known for classic American cuisine, Yardbird is offering a special Easter a la carte brunch. The exclusive menu includes fried oysters, roasted beet and berry salad, a lobster and king crab roll, corned beef hash and a praline carrot cake for dessert. This Easter menu is only available April 17. 

GREEK EASTER – APRIL 24

ESTIATORIO MILOS

Easter is the most important holiday celebrated in Greece. To commemorate the occasion, estiatorio Milos by Chef Costas Spiliadis is curating a traditional holiday menu showcasing the history of Greek cuisine the way it was meant to be. Guests can enjoy the special red dyed eggs, magiritsa soup, Easter salad, lamb and traditional Greek Easter bread. This exclusive menu is $145 per person and served during brunch and dinner service on April 24. 

WINEMAKER’S TABLE DINNER SERIES AT ESTIATORIO MILOS

The monthly Winemaker’s Table Dinner series at estiatorio Milos continues April 19, with a tribute to the indigenous grapes of Northern Greece. The five-course prix fixe menu will pair fresh seafood including loup de mer from the Mediterranean, crab from Maryland, lobster the Bay of Fundy in Nova Scotia and filet mignon with fine wines produced in Greece by award-winning winemakers.

Guests will be guided through the different varietals, flavors and history of Greek wines by expert sommeliers. This experience is $94 per person and can accommodate up to six guests per reservation.

  • Black Tap Craft Burgers & Beer offers some of the best views on the Strip and outdoor gondola experience at The Venetian Resort. Guests can also play shuffleboard while enjoying a Crazyshake™ and burger.

  • Two poolside breakfast and dinner options can be found on the resort’s pool deck. Enjoy elevated coastal cuisine at CAPRI on The Palazzo pool or take in the sunshine and experience the essence of luxury poolside dining at Spritz on The Venetian pool deck. Inspired by the Italian Riviera, The Venetian pool deck features sculptural art pieces and quaint gardens to provide a worldly look and feel to a European escape.
