Atlantic City the Survivor. The former Trump Plaza’s white box like structure protrudes above Boardwalk Hall and in the distance the now shuttered Trump Taj Mahal and the closed Revel with its signature roof ball. The Revel is still trying to open and re-brand as “Ten.”
With Atlantic City continuing to take "blows" while trying to redevelop its model, some politicians at the state house now look to continue their fight to have video gaming devices approved in the northern part of the state at race tracks-through the existing on-line regulations. Some view this as a direct threat to the AC gaming market. Just as the recently defeated 2016 voter referendum to expand casinos in the northern part of the state.
